Pastoral Care Worker
(formerly know as a Chaplain).
The purpose of a PCW role is to help, support and encourage the staff, students and their families as they
celebrate speical events, share happy times, and negotiate their way through school.
Caring and “just being there” are the foundation of the school’s support network.
The PCW position is one that is enjoyable, rewarding, enlightening and fun.
